Me: *takes a nap, only wakes up wanting to go back to sleep and also extremely anxious about missing out on the day*

literally how do you take a nap and have it actually do anything good

The only time naps work for me is if I have time for them and if got insufficient sleep previously... but I would take them more if I had time...

All of that + I also wake up cold and immediately need 10 blankets on top of those I might already have :S

Apparently there is some magical correct amount of nap that will make you feel good but too much nap makes you feel like shit and not enough nap also makes you feel like shit. It is a mystery.
