I love when cartoons have demon characters that like... even though the show is already animated in 2D, the demons look like they live in Flatland, like they're not even meant to be viewed in 3D

the ATHF episode "Broodwich"

Bill Cipher being a triangle, not a pyramid, until the finale when he actually materialized in the human world

Luci doesn't even look like a black cat; he's more like if someone cut a sort of cat-looking shape into space itself... but he interacts with everything the same as everyone else, so I guess it's still possible to pet him

It's a neat little way of getting across the "not quite of this world" feel.

Also Luci is the reason for Shademollie/"Vantablack Cat" in my monster world!
